Repairs: Accidents happen! Sooner or later, things will break. Cabinet hinges get loose, doors decide they don’t want to close.  Light switches need to be replaced, outlets stop working, faucets need to be replaced and towel bars and toilet seats sometimes reach the end of their design life.  We handle it all.  Make a list and call us today.

Installation:  Have you purchased something from Ikea and the Swedish cartoon characters on the assembly instructions have you confused?  Call us.  Need a bookcase or desk assembled?  Call us.  Closet organizers?  Call us.  Maybe you just need some pictures or a TV mounted on a wall.  We can handle most installations.  There is no such thing as a job that’s too small.  If you need it done.  Call us.

Drywall:  Did you spring a leak and have a plumber come only to fix the problem but leave you with a hole in a ceiling or wall?  Did Junior drive his toy dump truck into the wall only to leave a huge dent.  Drywall and plaster repair can be handled quickly and safely by Property Projects.  We do plastering, taping, patching, and caulking.  Flat surfaces will be as good as new when we are done.

Painting:  With 40 years of painting experience you likely will not find a more skilled craftsman for your painting project.  Windows, doors, or trim: one wall or an entire room.  We have the expertise to prepare your surfaces before any paint or primer gets applied.  We take the time to protect your floors and furniture as if it was our own home.

Decks & Patio’s:  Replacing deck boards, securing railings, installing pavers or laying flagstone we can handle your outdoor needs.  There is something about a freshly power washed deck or patio that is ready for entertaining.

Kitchens:  Nothing increases your home value as much as a fully functional updated kitchen.  New Cabinets? Looking to change a fixture?  We can do that!  Want to all a decorative backsplash? We can do that.  Would you like add storage to your cabinets or pantry?
